Project Brief: The Hideaway Experience is a collection of five-star self-catering accommodation for honeymoons, mini-moons, romantic getaways and relaxing retreats. They wanted to enhance their luxurious self-catered lodges by improving their customer experience and giving the detailed access information that many of their guests currently have to contact to request.
Virtual Inclusion provided their unique approach by combining the relevant information that customers need in one location to enable them to have the confidence that the lodge with be accessible for their own, unique requirements.
The virtual tour contains a full walk-through inside and out of one of the lodges with interactive access information and a full access guide with optional audio description embedded into the virtual tour.
Direct links to the website’s booking page, contact and location information all enhance the customer experience whilst improving the direct call-to-actions and creating a direct sales funnel.
